How does Carpals work?
Post your car trouble once. Nearby shops send you price and timeframe quotes. Compare, message, pick one, and pay the shop directly — Carpals never handles the payment.
Is it free for car owners?
Yes. Posting requests, comparing quotes, and messaging shops is free. Shops pay a monthly subscription after a free trial.
When do I pay the shop?
You arrange payment directly with the shop when you drop off or pick up. Carpals doesn't process repair payments.
How are shops verified?
Shops verify their phone and business license, and can add certifications. Look for the dated verification badges and reviews on a shop's profile before you accept.
Can I cancel a request or booking?
Yes — open the request and choose Cancel. If it was booked, the shop is notified automatically.
