1. What Carpals is
Carpals is a marketplace that connects car owners with local repair shops. Customers post repair requests for free; shops subscribe to receive and quote leads. Carpals handles matching, quoting, and messaging only.
2. No payment processing
Carpals does not process payment for repairs. Any payment for work is arranged directly between the customer and the shop. Carpals is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for the work performed, its quality, or its price.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Shops are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and compliance with local law.
4. Acceptable use
Don't post misleading requests or quotes, harass other users, or misuse the messaging system. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions
Shop subscriptions are billed monthly after any free trial and can be canceled anytime. Billing is handled by our payment provider.
